Alexander is an original collectable Teddy Bear
hand made by me, Sasha Kleshcheva, in 2019.
He is 15¼" (39 cm) tall and fully 5-way jointed, with cotter-pin joints in his neck, arms and legs.

Alexander is made of soft sparse brushable mohair with cotton inserts on his paws and inside ears, and filled with polyfill and fine woodwool.

He has English black glass eyes, a hand-stitched waxed nose, and a hand-stitched mouth...

...and claws.

Alexander is a bear of culture.
He particularly likes poetry,
and his favourite poet
is Shakesbear, of course.

He knows by heart all of
King Bear and Macbear,
and no-one can recite
Prosbearo's final speech
from The Tempest
better than he does.

He is a proud owner of a label
with Sasha's Bears logo
and a Teddy-Bear Passport.

Alexander is very fond of his old shabby-chic woollen waistcoat.
It may be thread-bear :) in places, but it still has its original beautiful buttons!
