Rupert is an original collectable Teddy Bear
hand made by me, Sasha Kleshcheva, in 2026.
He is 4⅜" (11 cm) tall and fully 5-way jointed,
with cotter-pin joints in his neck, arms and legs.

Rupert is made of soft brushable mohair
with rexine inserts on his paws and inside ears.
He is filled with polyfill and fine woodwool.

He has English glass eyes set on felt inserts,
a hand-stitched waxed nose, and hand-stitched mouth...

...and claws, as well as a special
Sasha's Bears label on his paw.

Rupert is a little bear who
sometimes comes across
as a bit headstrong,
but I know that he is in fact
very much a softie.

He is a real connoisseur
when it comes to cider.

To make it easier to taste
any new variety
that he encounters,
I have given Rupert
a small pewter tankard,
which he now carries
with him everywhere.
